R2) Bullseye has the suit, club, pencils, knives, etc. Fight takes place in the paper. In character. Chi allowed.

Danny in a hard fight

1. Matt was badly outskilling Bullseye in h2h despite not being at his peak. Danny is gonna smack Dex around in pure h2h. He's not troubled with physical injuries like Matt.
2. Danny will likely resort to levelling the battle-field with a chi-strike if he gets too pressured. By the time Dex recovers from that Danny will be on him hard in h2h.

Danny easily.

1. Bullseye wasn't even on Punisher's level H2H.
2. Chi punch the air gg

R1 Danny, he's probably more skilled than Matt when he's at his best.

R2 Bullseye wins instantly.

Danny both rounds.

It's ironic - Bullseye can throw anything except his hands. He's terrible in H2H.

Matt outskilled him in H2h literally every time they fought, it wasn’t even close. Matt can beat iron fist shown in defenders, and that’s the impression that the directors wanted, was that matt is the best at h2h and it definitely shows. But yea.. iron fist would beat him he can at least hang with matt for a while, dex just couldn’t

Round 1: Danny but barely

Round 2: Danny in a stomp

Danny>S3 Matt>Fisk>Dex

Danny wins both rounds.

If a convalescent Matt can beat this dude I'm pretty sure the Iron Fist can too. Both rounds.
