1. HYDRA sends Winter Soldier to kidnap Ashley Graham. Leon comes to the rescue:

• Bucky as portrayed in The Winter Soldier, Leon as portrayed in Resident Evil IV, tie-in material allowed for both;
• Bucky is in his Winter Soldier mode, Leon is in-character;
• Both Bucky and Leon are armed with their combat knives only;
• The fight takes place where Leon and Krauser fought for the first time, simply replace Krauser with Bucky.

2. HYDRA sends Winter Soldier to assassinate President Benford. Leon comes to the rescue:

• Bucky as portrayed in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Leon as portrayed in Resident Evil VI, tie-in material allowed for both;
• Bucky is in his Winter Soldier mode, Leon is in-character;
• Bucky and Leon have their standard combat knives and sidearms (with two ammo clips);
• The fight takes place at Ivy University in Tall Oaks.

Better strength and speed

MCU wank aside, Leon for sure beats him

IIRC he can beat Krauser who is fast enough to casually dodge bullets from 3-4 meters,, Krauser's bullrush can turn someone to bloody mist and send 40-50 meters.

Can turn superhuman zombies' bodies to blood mist with his kicks and punches. Can shoot point blank Mach 2 Stinger missile out of the air after its fired. He can move 20-30 ton boulder.

Cap can tag Loki who reacted to MHS meteors and Iron Man who reacted to lightning in a tie in.

Cap oneshotted Ultron bots that could casually tear apart concrete, broke War Machine's baton with a kick, and overpowered Spider-Man who staggered Giant Man who could no sell missiles. Including composite tie ins, he even matched a bloodlusted Hulk's arm using his shield and took a hit without it.

Bucky ofc is equal to Cap. Don't see how it's a stomp for Leon, if anything it's the other way around if you go hard into the Cap scaling.

@eredin12: Agreed, people abusing the shit out of it by scaling everyone to Thanos, but as a standalone it's a good feat and match Thanos imo.
