Tony has had some basic training. He also took a hit from Buck.

Let's not forget Bruce dropped a guy using his own momentum and evaded 2 other guys right after

I want to say Tony but how does he put Bruce down? Cause IIRC didn’t Bruce tank 2 falls before he turned into the hulk? One in his solo movie and one in Ragnorok

Tony had very good feats outside his armor in Iron Man 3. I’m sure that he’ll do this.

@daywalker88: It was heavily implied that the falls either killed him or reduced him to a near death state.

For the thread Bruce does have some basic martial arts knowledge, but not to a notable degree. He mostly learned martial arts in order to control his heart rate. On the other hand Tony seems more skilled going by his Iron Man 3 and Civil War stuff. I don't imagine the fight would be flashy or even good to look at, but I would favor Stark to win >6/10 times

Tony wins if we take away Bruce turning into Hulk after 2 hits.

@qawsedf234: What about Bruce tanking a bullet cause didn't he say he tried to kill himself by shooting himself? Tony does seem more skilled I just have a hard time seeing him put Bruce down. I feel like it can go either way

Tony, he's surprisingly good and professionally trained.

Didn't banner survive a fall onto the rainbow bridge in Ragnarok? It was from a fair height

@daywalker88: Yeah he said that he Hulk'ed out before the bullet killed him. But assuming that's talking about the deleted scene from Incredible Hulk then banner was pretty stressed out when he was trying to do it.

As for the helicopter/Ragnarok fall he looked pretty dead to me

But presumably the thread is about a Hulk-less Banner vs a Armor-less Stark rather than "Both are unarmed but Bruce can transform whenever". So I still support Tony winning a majority, but it wouldn't be a easy or simple fight.
