So this is basically just who's more skilled.

Going with Diana due to age and experience. Though I can see a case being made for Natasha.

Black Widow has better showing in skill.

Widow stomps in h2h. Melee (BW w/ batons vs Diana w/ sword & shield) would be more interesting.

Blacc widow barely has "skill feats". She relies on fighting dumb movie fodder that have no clue how to fight or shoot to the point that a non- superhuman woman can beat them up.

If you think a fight scene like this is remotely skillful, you are out of your mind. Imagine being in a real fight against a woman and she flips around trying to kick you or you let her slide on the floor in between your legs and hit you on your balls, then you are not a man nor a decent fighter at all.

Imagine four guys taking on one woman and they each take turns hitting her instead of dogpilling/jumping her like real people do. These guys superior to her physically still fail to hit her and get easily taken down by her because it's standard movie fighting scenes where things are made to look acrobatic and flashy and not make sense.

I'll side with Nat unless we take statements about Diana's skill at its face value, in which case, Diana in a good fight.

Natasha is an expert baton user. She takes R2 with ease.

As for R3, giving Nat her standard gear, which includes electric weapons (batons, widow's bites) and a handgun, is unfair for Diana.

I still don't see what we consider skill, because quite frankly, I don't see any of the fodder that Nat beat beating Diana even without her stats.

The whole skill argument is hard to gauge.

I'll ask again, when has Diana ever had to use skill in a fight? From what I remember, she has always just used her physical gifts to win/compete in fights.

Not really. She has actually skill feats, such as defeating other Amazons (there she clearly wasn't as powerful as in Man's World, so she had similar stats to regular Amazons, stats they gain through their training and skill), and she actually had feats evading and disarming soldiers and destroying Parademons, besides of her skill representations against Ares, Doomsday and Steppenwolf... saying Diana just jumps in with her physicals is like saying Proxima Midnight only defeated Nat and Okoye because of her stats, when she was clearly shown to be skilled as well...

Natasha wins because she has displayed more skill and she has an advantage of having the stats down to her level and not the other way around where she'll have to get used to her speed and strength.

Diana would lose badly since she won't have any of the things her stats provided and won't be used to her decreased stats.

Despite his lackluster delivery, jashugan does have a good point when he said that some of her moves were just your typical flashy movie cliche nonsense that has little practical use.

However, I’d say that a solid 75-80% of that fight wasn’t that way, and based on that, she stomps diana(who has near 0 skill showings).
