Natt and Peggy

• Natt has gear she had in TWS
• Peggy gets a combat knife, Standard handgun with two spare clips

Buck:

• Buck is in Hydra assassin mode.
• He gets a knife and AR-15 assault riffle.

Rules :

• Takes place in the Street from TWS , where Buck fought Cap.
• Peggy and Natasha have knowledge on Buck and perfect teamwork.
• Starts 10 meters apart.
• Morals are on but Team isn't holding back.
• Win by Death or KO.

Oh wow.

We've already seen how Nat vs WS mode Bucky goes multiple times, shes good with standard gear but I'd still back Buck. However Peggys in this battle, havent watched the show but she must be a competent marksman so she can land a clean shot while Nat holds her own for like 10 seconds.

I feel the team could have a chance with Widow's tech being able to incap Bucky or disable his arm. Ten meter starting distance means getting the drop on Bucky would be really difficult though.

Winter Soldier

With all her gear, Natasha could definitely solo this as long as she's not been ambushed like in TWS. She's much, much more skilled in CQC and has knives to take Bucky out. She also has better marksmanship, stealth, agility and effective electic weapon. Natasha's gear by TWS isn't half as advanced as it is today, but I'd still back her overall. She has the ability to outmaneuver Bucky like she already did more than once, but now she actually has the means to end him at any distance.

Peggy is just icing on the cake, although she's not on the same tier as Bucky or Natasha. She has great gunplay and ensures the win.

Team can win. We know that Widow has tech capable of temporarily deactivating Bucky's arm, and we've already seen her outreact him to use it against him. If she does that here then she can certainly run interference long enough for Peggy, who has excellent accuracy, to get some shots in and take Bucky down.

What? She had a good amount of prep on the highway, stunned/surprised Bucky and she still got destroyed.

@tonymartial: She didn't have prep... Bucky ambushed them. She was in civilian clothes and had nothing but her glocks, a depowered Widow's Bite and a garrote.

She managed to sneak up on him like that because she has better stealth and tactics than him. Here I'm assuming she has all the gear in her utility belt like on the Lemurian Star, which includes her gardgets from IM2 and A1 (knives and flashbangs for instance). Instead of trying to strangle him like on the highway, she can just stab him and finish it there.

Now she can also attempt to fight him h2h, which she didn't do because it'd be pointless, she had no way to hurt him. With all her weapons, she can.

I'm not saying it's given she wins either, but she could.

Note that Widow didn't think she had a hope in hell of beating Bucky even after shocking and virtually disabling his arm. That speaks less to the teams chances and more to how weak either is in comparison to Bucky.

She disabled his arm, and then just ran off whilst he recovered. I don't remember whether she was carrying her guns at that point, but if she was then there wasn't really anything stopping her from just shooting him in the face. It was probably just PIS that she didn't. Between her and Peggy though, if both are carrying guns in this battle then I do think that they can shoot him if Widow disables his arm again and he has to recover from that.

She ran off, ergo she's not capable of beating him in combat even with the advantage of a disabled bionic arm, if she had thought there was any chance of victory against Bucky she would have taken it.

I agree that without a gun, or without an ally like Peggy carrying a gun alongside her. But in this battle Peggy is carrying a gun, and so is nat if she has the gear she used for most of the movie.

Looking at the scene in more detail - she successfully stealths him and attacks him from behind at 0:27 whilst he's distracted by the explosion. If she had a gun on her then she could have ended it right there by shooting him in the back of the head instead of running at him and using the garotte. He then ragdolls her, and points a gun at her at 0:37. She outdraws him to disable his arm before he can shoot her. He stands there, taking 4 seconds to remove the device and another 4 for his arm to fully recover. That's 8 seconds where she could absolutely have shot him - if she had a gun. She ran off because she knew that she couldn't beat him without one as she wasn't going to be able to put him down before he recovered.

In this battle her first opportunity to put him down (where she stealthed him) isn't going to be relevant, as they presumably start in view of each other. But it's that second opportunity that she and Peggy can take advantage of - in this scenario Nat doesn't need to run away because this time she can put Bucky down before he recovers. Peggy can also just shoot him; they're both fast and accurate enough to do so in the time before Bucky is able to fight back again.

Honestly, I think the team would win like 6/10 or even 7/10, Peggy is good but not as good combatant as black widow, obviously she's far from Bucky's level, but still should be able to give both of them a run for their money, both of them having guns in their equipment against Bucky would be an immediate dead end for him, with some gadgets and fighting skills of black widow would be enough to retain him for 20 secs or more plus Peggy using her firearms and that'd be it for the soldier, in a close combat Bucky would have a hard time but win, however Natasha and Peggy only with guns would eventually take him down, gadgets only would make it quicker.

Team has a shot. But the starting distance isn't too big for Buck to cover and he has got an auto as compared to handguns that the agents have, so I'd still side with Buck.
