MCU: Black Widow and Hawkeye vs Daredevil (h2h)

Pure hand to hand combat. Starting distance is 15 feet in an empty grass field. Morals off. No gear or prep. Perfect teamwork fur duo (they pretty much have it already, but oh well lol).

Matt. He's already beaten two opponents simultaneously, both of whom had better physicals, skill, and probably teamwork than these two.

Matt wins. Hawkeye has no H2H feats. Natasha can't hold her own in a fight with Matt.

Matt was beating Bakuto and Murakami at the same time, which I think would be harder than beating these two. Clint doesn't have any outstanding right showings and Natasha isn't good enough to beat Matt. He wins this every time.

Natasha is already a near equal (Nat edges him out) to Matt. Teamed up with Hawkeye they mid diff.

Nat vs Matt is already a good fight. Adding Clint makes it one sided in the teams favour.

Arguments could be made for either Avenger beating the Devil of Hell's Kitchen by themselves.

So Clint and Nat together should beat Matt with out a lot of issue.
