MCU Black Panther vs MCU Captain America Arm Wrestle

Recently I've seen a fair amount of debate over who is the stronger of the two. We all know they're roughly even, but who do you think would take it in a good ol' fashioned arm wrestle?

EDIT: And please make sure to give a reason.

Cap's best strength feat is (temporarily) stopping the helicopter. I'd say T'Challa's is stopping the rhino.

Not sure which is better. I think the chopper is all upper body/arm strength and the rhino is full body/momentum.

I'll give it to Cap for now.

They're even. Who wins would be dependent on determination and adrenaline.

T’challa edges him on running speed, durability ect

In an Arm wrestling Cap should slightly edge him out

black panther, in my opinion.

It could go either way. If you put a gun in my head, I'll say T'Challa.

Larger hands(for better control over the opponent) longer arm (better leverage) And of course the strength

At standard levels when adrenaline isn’t a factor, I haven’t seen Cap perform a one-arm comparable feat of T’Challa successfully overpowering Bucky’s metal arm but someone feel free to prove me wrong, Cap does have the mechanical advantage though.

They are equally matched.

Black Panther pulling Buckys arm away in the airport scene got contradicted in the first fight scene in which he couldn’t overpower Buckys arm with both of his arms. It’s either inconsistency or Bucky was holding back/not paying attention in that brief moment in the airport scene.

Pretty sure cap and black Panther would be written to be just as strong and just as fast.
