EHM tchalla is way more potent and versatile

EMH characters are generally stronger than MCU characters so I’m inclined to believe the general consensus but the feats posted for EMH T’Challa aren’t enough to beat MCU version , he probably has better ones that I don’t know about then.

MCU Panther was hard pressed against Captain America even with War Machine as backup whereas the EMH version took on a superior Cap, Iron Man, Wasp and actually beat his version of Giant Man instead of being helpless
