@plotweapon16255: That's a dumb inconsistency in the writing. He tanked some rocket stuff from Klawe and then also landed on a rocket and it did nothing to him. It's just a dumb moment that doesn't even make a lot of sense considering they literally showed him tank rockets in the previous scenes before that.
He could fight... again he was literally back on his feat a few seconds later. If Killmonger got out the car and attacked him he would be able to fight him and very easily kill him.

Tbh a case can be made for either side winning, but I can see T'Challa pulling a slight majority depending on how the fight goes. He's definitely faster and more skilled than Manta and I believe Vibrainium > Atlantean Steel. T'Challa's suit should be able to absorb his eye lasers and if not I'm sure he can dodge/avoid them. The kinetic burst are strong enough to rag doll at least a dozen men from just the shockwave, wreck an SUV, and knock down Cull. And even if the Kinetic burst/amped strikes don't knock Manta out T"Challa can still go for a throat slash like he was against Bucky.
Panther probably wins due to agility and fighting abilities but I don't think he would easily absorb Manta eye beam, Panther was practically ko from the ryno.

Black Manta beam ain't doing shit. A giant abnormal rhino in vibranium armor that sent T'Challa flying over 100 feet couldn't even overload his suit. Nor did a fall from an even greater distance while being punched by Killmonger.
His suit absorbs Hulk levels of kinetic force, enough to knock out Cull Obsidian briefly, and only overwhelmed by Thanos so far.
Duh. His suit obviously packed that level of energy if he floored Cull Obsidian while he was already braced for battle.
This guy was eating repulsor blasts and vibranium blasts (as you see above which literally makes him >tank) and was making the Bleeding Edge Armor seem like the MK1 and ripping apart the Hulkbuster like a toy.

@epicyon: @:you do realize that black mantas beams are a lot worst then that the average human might have a tiny chance of surviving from that rhino but not walking probs, getting hit from black mantas beams will kill an average human like proper disintegrate them.

Where do you get your calcs from? Also all T'challa has to do is wear his old suit.

Black Manta would probably take this without to much dif. He isn't as skilled as BP but he is close enough plus his suit's fairly durable. If BM hits BP with a blast then it's probably over. Considering BP's suit's limits, at blast should be enough. Even the coolest plasma is still surface of the sun temp which is above BP level. The biggest problem would be BP's agility but BP has a large number of weapons and a decent enough level of skill that he could pull off the win.
This would be more even if you take out BM's plasma beam. Then it might go to BP.
