MCU Black Panther vs 616 Black Widow

Round 1 - T'challa does not have the suit but does have the powers given to him by the heart-shaped herb. Black Widow has her standard gear. Fight takes place in an empty, wide-open space.

Round 2 - Same as above but T'challa has his suit

Round 3 - Black widow replaces her gear with the golden jaguar suit. Fight takes place on the train tracks from the final fight scene in the Black Panther film. Suits are "depowered" once every minute for ten seconds.

Who takes it?

R1- Widow stomps

R2- BP due to durability

R3- Widow stomps

Round 1 - Widow

Roound 3 - Widow

Widow kills him.

Widow takes the first battle and the third battle, due to her ridiculous absurd and greater range of great feats.

Widow does not have the output to put down BP in round 2.
