Both T'Challa and Peter could wreck Kylo in close combat, as long as they avoid his lightsaber or disarm him, and given how fast, agile and skilful they both are, plus spider-sense and webbing, that's quite likely. However, one un-dodged swing from that saber and it's all over immediately (making the assumption that MCU Vibranium isn't saber-proof). Also, obviously, neither of them can counter Kylo's telekinesis, but it's not impossible to avoid getting Force-grabbed/choked/etc, mostly because Kylo doesn't actually use the Force that often, as well as the Force requiring a certain amount of focus to use, which could be difficult, due to the MCU duo's aforementioned dodgeability. The same one-hit-kill thing does apply to the Force as well, but Kylo is outmatched in many other ways.
Not to mention the fact that while Kylo seems to have some potentially impressive off-screen feats, he gets beaten by about as inexperienced a Jedi as you can get and was matched for a while by a complete novice who isn't even Force sensitive (as far as we know). He was injured, but frankly that injury wouldn't have been the kind of hindrance it was made out to be, and Kylo himself doesn't have the best Sith CV i've ever seen.
I reckon the MCU duo can take this, but they'd have to hit a few specific marks. Disarm Kylo, get close and combine stealthy distraction with physical overwhelming to bring him down. If they don't let him keep his weapon, as it's too dangerous to risk trying to avoid the whole time, and don't give him time to effectively use the Force then they can win.
