Mystique's pretty useless and Toad has nothing going for him. The rest are pretty dangerous and could take out the duo, it depends if they could get through Panther's suit or not.
healing factor, superhuman strength, adamantium body and claws, shapeshifting and a superhuman marksman that can shot cap at any time while he is bussy with others, and a very long and disgusting tongue that actually is quite strong with the abillty to blind with his spitting.

I think Deathstrike should be a good match for T'Challa, with someone else to help her, say Toad, they could definitely outdo him. The others can gang up on Cap.
This Mystique was strong and skilled enough to temporarily tango with Wolverine, Sabretooth was also a clear superior to bone claws Wolverine, and Toad could be a competent distraction. Agent Zero iirc is really agile whose stats allowed him to be jumping like 20 feet off the ground as well and definitely a lot more accurate with a gun than any of the MCU characters (from the films at least)
Not seeing how the MCU super soldiers can win.. at all.
