I feel like Hydra has the advantage here. Assuming standard gear Hydra has access to laser guns, explosives and a good amount of ammunition.

Deathlok should be able to hold off Luke by himself and the team still has 2 other Super Soldiers as well as Ward who would at least give Daredevil a long fight. Jessica Jones is a weaklink and Iron Fist would be overwhelmed by the machine gun fire from Bucky more often than not. And even up close it's by no means a one sided fight Bucky may even win before Danny uses the fist.

@americanspeeddemon: and if Hydra team doesn't use guns etc? I think Bucky vs Danny it is 50/50 in h2h the sme way with Dethlock vs Luke
