MCU Antman vs MCU Abomination

- Antman starts at Human size and have a miniature gas truck with him, as well his basic gear.

Abomination. Falcon gave antman trouble and Giant man still has no control and got downed by an Ironman/War Machine uppercut

I feel like Gi-antman has the best chance. In his giant form he has more power,even if he is slower, since his giant form withstood a hit from Vision. In the ant form, he could basically be invisible to abomination.

Also, don't forget the "water truck" from Civil War

@doc-holiday: Do you think giant form has enough power to finish Abomination before he runs out of juice? I mean, Hulk won via strangulation. Also, Abomination bones pierced Hulk, could it hurt giant form?

Well, I don't think strength or juice is the issue. I think that the issue is going to come down to versatility.

The abomination is strong, no one doubts that and honestly an Abomination vs Thor or Abomination vs Hulkbuster would be cool but with Gi-antman there are multiple ways to win; sheer strength eventually overpowering Abomination, using the tools to shrink Abomination until his lungs collapse and then bringing him back so as not to kill him, shrinking to ant size and using a swarm of ants to distract him and inject some tranquilizers (or something) or even possibly, going the extreme, shrinking between the molecules of Abominations body and destroying his internal organs.

Abomination stomps. Pym has a glass jaw.

@wbr17: Ant-Man had see several ways of winning. Shrinking Abomination with a disk, punting him a very far distance, and if it was morals off, he could go inside is head small and then grow. Plus, went Scott goes tiny, Abom won't catch him.

@depinhom: Yellow Jacket without the suit was able to see and hit Antman. Abomination was able to catch a bazooka shot that was fired behind him. I think he could tag minuscule Antman.

I don't remember any of these happening on the movies.

I can see he shrinking Abomination and using a swarm of ants but Abomination strength wouldn't be greater? I mean shrinking does that on Antman.

Antman tanked a lot of shots from WM and a hit from Vision.

@peterparkerjr: Except MCU Ant-Man/Giant-Man isn't nearly that fast. He's really slow, as he should be at that size (his size-changing -> strength thing is a two way street, yeah?).

@wbr17: Shrinking doesn't enhance strength, it concentrates it. You see, this is a basics of quantum physics, the ant form of ant man is a compressed form of all space between atoms. An atom is made up of three components, electrons, neutrons and protons, now those last two form the nuclei of the atom but the electrons act in a wave function, and these atoms form bonds to create chemicals which make up our body. In essence, they cluster, now what the Pym particles do, in a hugely oversimplified idea, is they take the space between those atoms and minimize it, much like you do when you build with legos, you push them together to form a tighter bond and minimize the space between one lego and the next. Now when these atoms get closer, their density increases, this means Antmans muscle density increases, it's why he can't be easily stepped on. In his miniature form, he still has the strength of a man but now a man the size of an ant, hence why when he is the size of an ant, his punches still hit as hard as they do. The movie even says "you've got the power of a bullet", which is appropriate; a compact, solid mass striking a surface in a concentrated area, i.e. a bullet.

I am not saying that Antman has to do anything I mentioned nor am I saying those things happened in the movies but it is clear that he wouldn't be able to survive without his helmet/suit and as such, Abomination wouldn't be able to either since he still requires oxygen since you said Abom as choked out by the Hulk

While I believe Scott takes the majority, if he turns into Giant-Man I could see him getting slaughtered. (He's not taking a fist to the face from Abomination, and those bone-like things on his arms WILL hurt.)

Well morals on Ant-man wouldn't enter Abominations body and destroy his organs, neither will he throw a shrink disk at him and turning him into goose. This could be an advantage for Abomination since he doesn't have this moral problem. Also, Abomination was almost equel to Hulk. Saying hulk couldn't beat Ant-man is absurd, since Thor and Hulk were probily removed from Civil War because everyone would be slaughtered within the first seconds of the fight.

@lilbroomstick: Except I don't think that Abomination is that slow to be kicked by Giant-Man. Giant-Man, in Captain America: Civil War, was slow as hell, so he is not beating Abomination... At least without the Pym Particle Disks, he is not.

If he stays as Ant-Man, Abomination can't hit him. Crawl inside his mouth and expand.
