- Win by any means.
- The Ancient One has a sling ring but no Eye of Agamotto.
- The fight starts 20 yards apart in a deserted city.
MCU Ancient One vs MCU Scarlet Witch
Guess who gets BFR'd
^^^
Also, Scarlet Witch is still too inexperienced.
@thorthunder98: scarlett witch is far from being impressive
It's in-character for AO to bring the fight to the mirror dimension. That's where she'll have the upper hand for sure. But even in CQC in a neutral location I can see AO challenging Wanda and even getting the upperhand. But Wanda does have the power to win, but lacks the skill and versatility AO brings to the table. And in the MD, she's even rivaled or outmatched in raw power.
Depends on who strikes first, AO definitely has more versatility and experience in combat, it might give her an edge.
The Ancient One and it isn't particularly close, she just BFRs or fires a spike at Wanda before she can do her hands thing

Scarlet Witch. In character AO ‘typically’ fights in close quarters combat which would not be a good idea against a telekinetic
@angeljax: When is this stated? In Endgame when AO said Strange is supposed to be the best of us didn't necessarily mean to me he's currently stronger than the AO.
@anthp2000: What stops Wanda from grabbing her and tearing her in half?
They are very different. Wanda is a glass canon with below street level stats who operates on sheer power of her telekinesis and nothing else. The Ancient One is a mid street level going by stats (she was kicking people 50 meters into the air in Doctor Strange and stuff) who knows magically enhanced martial arts, uses mostly energy constructs and BFR for offense, and in general is hax oriented. The answer to this is not easy. Ancient One has definitely a lot more options to take Wanda down. She can sling-ring her into an endless void, trap her in mirror dimension, punch a soul out of her etc. she can also out-muscle her, she is faster, a better fighter with higher stats and so on... on the other hand, all Wanda has to do to win is really to grab tAO and crush her with TK which seems much easier to do than most ways tAO can kill her.
To me, whoever attacks first, wins. tAO probably attacks first, because she seems to have better reactions.
Well Wanda herself would as we haven’t see her do that to any character powerful enough while she’s in character even emotional her attacks vary in what they do.
@thoromdil: Wanda’s reaction speed is one of the best in the MCU. In Civil War she caught the explosion after it went off which is better than any of AO’s reaction speed feats.
The Ancient One also isn’t definitively above Wanda in combat skill. Wanda kept up with Proxima and Thanos is h2h which is a better skill showing than any of the skill AO has demonstrated throughout her minimal screen time
Also Wanda’s durability has shown to above that of a normal human. She was blasted through a window by Proxima’s spear, and she got back up immediately, she gets blasted onto the ground by Proxima only to continue fighting a second time, then she gets blasted out of the sky, shields herself only to then be dragged across several feet on concrete by the same momentum she had while she was falling (because her shield didn’t slow her decent). After all of this she gets up again seemingly uninjured And is about to fight. No normal human would be conscious after damage like this.
@finalkingthanos: Wanda was never tagged by Thanos who has better speed feats than The Ancient One, So that leads me to believe AO is not going to touch her.
Also Wanda usually rag dolls characters, and the only times she didn’t was when she was immensely holding back in Civil War (it was stated everyone was holding back), or when she was surprise attacked by Proxima’s spear blast as the beginning of a fight, and worried about Vision the whole time, and even then she still eventually rag dolled her into a truck. In age of ultron she rag dolled tons of Ultron bots, in infinity war She rag dolled the spinning wheels, in Endgame she moves a leviathan, and rag dolls Thanos with seemingly not a lot of effort. There are circumstantial reason as to why she doesn’t always rag doll people in fights
Woah woah woah I think your taking my comment the wrong way here lol I agree with all that I was specifically commenting on the “rip her in half” that’s not something Wanda would do to the average person but rag doll them to fuck outta there yes.
@finalkingthanos: Oh shit sorry bro, I thought you were disagreeing with me lmao
Ancient One.
In a couple years, I'll likely beg to differ.
@finalkingthanos: Lol I appreciate how powerful she is
@anthp2000: Not really impressive. She did that to Strange in his solo film.
OT: Whoever attacks first wins.
