Haven't watched the show but I'll have to now, from looking at the respect thread heron can one shot her, america hasn't learned how to control her powers or any training at all. Heron 10/10 low diff.
Chavez is not wall-level. She did nothing to consistently put her on that level. She hasn't even consistently shown to be concrete level. And required multiple attempts + Xavier stalling the heavily nerfed Wanda long enough to break the featless glass she was trapped by.
And since Concrete varies greatly in thickness and how durable it can be. As well as the same going for reinforced glass. Calling her suddenly wall level is too far for someone far below Super-Soldiers, or even Kingpin.
