Both awesome but tequila takes the cake. He has more variety in his gun fighting he has regular slow down and air dive like payne, plus he has his 4 special moves the circle shooting move to clear rooms of bad guys, health boost, the one where his shooting just goes berserk. Payne is awesome but tequila is more impressive and actually inspired payne a lot.

Payne takes it. The dude's pain tolerance is legendary - like Punisher levels of pain tolerance.
