Deflecting a Scorpion missile with his punch, re-acting to plasma weapons which are massively faster than regular bullets, surviving re-entry into Earth, yeeting a banshee with his punches, Spartan II's being confirmed as having punched through Wraiths and being capable of flipping Scorpions, etc. The list goes on. Its a mismatch.

Downing cull is above alp of that. Definitely not a mismatch from what is listed

First feat is with the new GEN-3 armour. The second is when he was 14, fresh from augmentations, unarmoured, and fighting a soldier in a huge exoskeleton.

From what I can tell, your belief that BP can win is based upon the Cull showing. First, the kinetic explosion isn't going to do much more than knock out the Chief's shields, if that. Second, once the shockwave ends, it takes time for BP's suit to build up to a new one. Chief is not only significantly stronger, but also much faster and more skilled, as well as more durable and wearing arguably far more advanced armour. Once T'Challa uses that blast, he's in trouble. This of course is assuming that John doesn't outskill him and break limbs.

MC. Superior in every stat. Don’t think we’ve seen Tchalla immune to a neck snap yet so chief wins via that.
