I fully think Wonder Woman or Bizarro capable of defeating Captain Atom.
Forgot about the final crisis thing but it doesn't change the outcome. This makes her Black Adam level, right even with Bizarro in powers. I think his pain tolerance, freeze vision and heat breath will put him on top. Not every time but more often than not.

Hmmmm... I dont know about Diana or Bizarro beating Cap Atom... but we can hold that thought for later
I am still undecided on the battle itself... but someone who is Black Adam level in power should be able to really give Bizarro hell

No arguement there. Edited my statement before your reply. Final Crisis Mary, much as I dislike her, has that advantage over Bizarro. Should cause her to win some of their fights, but I don't think it'd be the majority of them, personally.
