How (the hell) can they beat them?
Here are all the Marvel characters.
All these complete MONSTERS in terms of power are attacking all Capcom universes featured in these games. (Except for the main MvC universe. For OBVIOUS reasons. lol) The Capcom universe gets to work together and knowledge of the Marvel side, as much as you find on a Wikipedia page in the Marvel universe. How the Marvel side attacks depend on the strategy they decide is the best. 616 version is used. And All the Marvel characters are bloodlusted. (So they'll be willing to work with the villains.) There'll be multiple rounds.
Round 1: The Capcom characters get one month to prepare.
Round 2: The Capcom characters get six months to prepare.
Round 3: The Capcom characters get one year to prepare.
Round 4: The Capcom characters get as much time as they want.
Can they pull it off?
