Most of these characters are super debatable. At their most powerful, it's a toss up. At standard levels, probably DC, as a few of the characters are their most powerful versions; whereas the Marvel versions are stuck at their standard levels.

Doctor Manhattan is arguably the weakest. As he is literally a Captain Atom ripoff with none of the high end feats or combat feats that allow him to compete (unless the newer Watchman Series added some feats; as I haven't read those).

I saw Spectre and that was enough for me. Dr. Manhattan is just there to yawn when it's over. DC takes this.

DC traditionally has the far more powerful heroes. So much so that Marvel's most powerful heroes are often measured against DC archetypes, instead of the other way around.

and i just see Nabu and stranger dwarfing him too seeing as one is an actual lord with billions of years experience and the other is virtually immortal IIRC

@donotdenyyourfate: I agree on the Nabu part however on the Stranger part I disagree on. Just immortality doesn't mean anything really as immortality in comics is not that important in fights otherwise Lobo who is "technically" immortal should be part of this roster. Other than a few good showings like matching Spectre, Stranger for the most part jobs a lot and I hate saying it but I think Strange or Nabu could handle him with mid diff.

i do agree with you, Dr Fate took him out by trapping him inside his helm quite easily but he kinda acknowledged he can't outright kill him but a BFR would do the work and tbh Strange(esp at his best) can do that,
