The heroes had 1 hour prep.

Both sides are willing to kill.

That looks more like Giganta not Big Barda.

Maybe DC wins. Sinestro, Adam and Bizarro are big guns, Bizzaro while he is totally stupid he doesn't seem to have the krypton weakness to magic so Thor would find him more difficult than Superman. With Sentry it depends what level he's wrote at, if we take the highest feats Bendis wrote for the Sentry the he could possible solo half of team DC or maybe even beat them all.
and Antman is not just a disgusting wife beater but also a Skrull!?

This is actually really tough fight for both sides.  To many variables to get a clear winner.  I would go with DC Villains with a win ratio of 50.1
