because kid flash can only run super sonic at that point and sue can react to that raven is there best bet here i am going with the four because of effectiveness they are more experienced and face threats the titans could never handle and ben and sue can take on anyone here and 10 minutes is plenty of time for reed to solo this raven is the only threat

Assuming a random encounter then Titans. Raven isn't someone you can just "beat" with 10 minutes prep, she could literally take out Marvel Earth if she wanted to.

the thing is not taking out starfire, she's too fast and has range, she's also fought people of his level (mammoth) and higher.

raven is an omniversal level being and is also immortal, sue cant touch her even if she was amped, raven is capable of instantanious teleportation, has time maniplation powers, can go anywhere, even to heaven, she has even kept contact with people in the speed force, as well as pull them out.

quicksilver isnt even in the same league as wally. wally will make quicksilver look like hes walking.

Raven is the only threat. But her physicals even in her most powerful form is on par with Donna Troy. So if Thing or Sue get a hit in directly on her. They could win.

Umm her soul self has been broken before by Black Adam. I would say Current Thing scales above him.
