Oh I agree in an all out battle J'onn>Silver Surfer too. MMH's telepathy is just too much for Surfer to handle and his mental defenses aren't strong enough. Without TP though, Surfer's chances of winning do increase to a close call or stalemate IMO.
TP makes this an absolute stomp. If tp weren't allowed, mm would still win using his intangibility and immense strength and speed to beat them down. That would take much longer
