Martian Manhunter, easy.

Martian Manhunter is physically stronger, appears to be more durable than the Sentry and has a faster reaction time.

However the sentry has the ability to project massive amounts of heat/light that perhaps could hurt even MM.

However the big adavntage that Mm has is that he can go intangible and still use his mental powers to attack the Sentry. While intangible, the Sentry's physical attacks could not hurt MM and I think that eventually, this constant mental barrage would overwhelm Sentry, despite his willpower and strong psychic resources.

Sentry's "psychic resources" are no match for Martian Manhunter. Manchester Black and Professor Xavier bow at his feet.

We have seen Sentry shrug off an illusion powered by Dr Strange and Prof X so I don't see that it is so cut and dried but I think that MM would eventually mentally prevail.

Yeah I see them prett even in mental resources. As far as strength and speed I don't think we have really seen a limit for the sentry. "

I havent seen Sentry display that level of power either... but like I said... if Sentry in fact does have the power of the Sun... or can generate a level of power equal to the Sun... its possible he could do an attack like this... but its all theory here
