as for speed, yea that is not something you can quantify everyone has their opinions on the matter and neither of the creator ever talked about actual speed feats unless you want to use Gazelleman actual stated speed otherwise please leave speed out of battles.

I really don't watch anime or marvel but did you even read the manga? E.N.D had casual resistance to TS and it was stated in manga. E.N.D didn't resist TS because he was stronger, it was because it was an ability that he has. BB ain't moving in TS GG.
