I’d say he likely stops at Aokiji, Kizaru potentially as well. Sengoku wasn’t as rusty as Garp, but he certainly wasn’t in his Prime.

He doesn't have much in terms of feats but he should be able to clear by intent.

Sengoku wanted Aokiji to become next Fleet Admiral. He should at least stop at 4 if not 3.

MF Sengoku > Akainu but it will be a tough fight

Sengoku clears, his shockwave was matching Gura punch that almost killed the most durable admiral named akainu and once his shockwave connects to any admirals they will surely badly hurt.
