Manga Tournament of Power

Welcome all to the Shounen Tournament of Power. This tourney will be very similar to the DBS Tournament of Power, each universe will be represented by a team. There will be 4 teams, each with 3 debaters per team. In terms of how matches will be structured, each member from a team will be paired up with another member from the opposing team. In order for a team to advance in the tourney, they must win 2 out of 3 matches against the opposing team. So what are the teams, you ask?:

Rules

• Characters Must Max Out at Large Island Level
• Characters Must Max Out at High End Triple Digit Mach to Low End Quad Digit Mach (A Little Over 4 Times the Speed of Lightning)
• Manga ( Or Webcomic in the case of OPM) and Anime Feats Allowed
• Fight to K.O. or Death
• Clones are Limited to 5
• Summons Are Limited to 10 and Can't Be More Powerful Than All Might
• Victory by death, knockout, or incapacitation
• BFR only works for 5 mins at at time, cannot be spammed, and does not count as a win
• Characters all start with Standard Gear/Equipment/Loadout
• No direct time manipulation on opponents
• No luck manipulation
• No reality manipulation or warping
• No speed steal
• No soul manipulation
• Must Have Completed a CaV or Tourney and Have Over 500 Posts to Particpate

@defiant_will: for characters with different forms like the Sternritter, are we alLowed to start at the character's best? So someone like Lille Barro would start in chicken owl form. If that is allowes, please change Light to Demon Mode Light

If it's maxes out at large Island why is Monster Garou allowed?

Garou is multi city level, or considering how big the cities are in OPM, large island level.

@defiant_will: Multi city is a pretty ridiculous lowball and I don't see how Gerard and Light don't literally oneshot him if you believe that. Cities in OPM aren't even bigger than normal cities anyway.

He's country level based on some very easy scaling from Boros' ship and subsequently Boros himself.

@mindingmuffin: Country level Garou? Based on what? You can't scale Garou directly off of Boros...

@defiant_will: My reasoning is that Boros in Meteoric Burst was capable of inflicting kilometres wide of damage to his ship with his punches, One-I must stress that it was One who said this and not Murata- said that it would be a 'hell of a fight' and that Garou had the advantage in H2H. This is unimpressive until you realise this is the same ship that endured Saitamas moon jump, it has calcs to put it at continental mind you; for the sake of debate I'll ignore that and scale from the country sized shockwaves Saitama caused on the moon with his jump. This feat also obviously scales to a 'casual' Saitama or however you OPM debaters like to call it.

Tats shouldn't scale to this however, she wasn't even (visually) doing any real damage to the ship outside of the initial bombardment redirection IIRC. Plus she was only attacking the underside.

He also traded blows with Saitama similar to how Boros did, though I don't want to scale him to Saitama as he really shouldn't at all. But Garou did a pretty admirable job against Caprd Baldy like Boros, he shouldn't scale though as Saitama was basically toying with them both the entire time

Back to a previous point, it's important that One said this and not Murata as the latter has stated that he isn't WOG anyway. Apologies for cluttering the thread, if you want to debate this in PM I'm more than happy to oblige.

i would want to particapate with Mael, but i dont have completed CaV or 500 posts :( and Mael is likely faster than low quad digits mach.
