Rserve me with Boros for now, but am i allowed feats from other sources e..g games fro feats and the like, or is it just anime/manga?

What does speed cap mean?

Is Hirose Yuichi too much for this? He is intangible and his attacks turn everything into nothing (erasing attacks)

@gilgameshthepimptoendallpimps: Anime and Manga only. Unless there is some higher form of canon such as game novels or light novels.

@mass: Long as its avoidable I'll allow spatial/void manipulation. Vector manipulation seems like the unavoidable variant of spatial manipulation.

@thebeardofzues: It depends some energies are too fringe to be equal. Ki,Chakra, & mana can all do the same thing. But then there are specialized KI and Chakra which ****s over the whole system. So I'll make this distinction baseline energies are equal, while specialized energies are not. If you can prove stated energy is specialized then its exempt from equalization.

@tomtheawesome123: You're going to have to tone down the hax. Keep in mind you can't attack nor alter the battlefield during prep. The death note seem like one of those abilities where it works and you're dead or it doesn't and you live. So I'm not allowing that.

Prep is limited to in universe locations your characters can reach. The Joker wouldn't be allowed in the JL Watchtower.

He's faster than Lightning but not light, he doesn't have above Island level DC, and he can be hurt by the same.

@thebeardofzues: Sasuke's Susanoo quite casually cut multi island level meteors and can match Kurama in energy projection.

@mr_ingenuity: not sure what you mean by 'higher canon' tbh (unless you mean for example, has a manga/anime but origins from a game), but might as well say i wanna use Composite anie + games Mewtwo w/ all forms, so if he counts as an anime character.

Though one thing before i pick Mewtwo, is this attack to much? I can restrict if it it is to much.

Funny Valentine.

His stand is called "D4C", it has an amp called Love Train which I am not going to use because that is Reality Warping. However his hax without the amp involves visiting alternate universes and bringing alternate versions of the opponent to the battlefield.

When the 2 alternate copies meet each other they die because of a "paradox",they get cubed. If the opponent has Matter Manipulation Immunity (which prevents cubing) then the alternate copy will fight for Funny Valentine.

If this is still too hax then I will use Notorious B.I.G stand :(. Its ability lets it become faster than the fastest thing, if you are FTL it goes faster than you, if you are MFTL it still goes faster than you. It has energy absorption, basically unkillable unless you vaporize it fully. And of course it can fly. It kills things by absorbing their energy so it ignores durability.

@mr_ingenuity: For my first Character put me down for Eacanor (SDS) I'll think of my second and a perk.

Also Boros is stronger than Sasuke so how did he make the cut? He has surface busting DC and regen that's better than Deadpool's ( unless DP can regen from being soup in a second )

@thebeardofzues: Deadpool's recovered from being turned into a puddle before, so whilst their comparable Wade's should be better (plus Boros' can be overtaxed as proven whilst at least Wade can take a lot more).

Also i thought the consensus was that Sasuke could beat Boros? Not very familiar on Naruto i'll admit but from what i can gather that seems to be the case.

@tomtheawesome123 whilst i'm here, gonna go ahead and call you out now, pretty sure both Funny Valentine and B.I.G break the limits.

Valentine's a summon and summons can't be above mountain level (read the rules), and since everyone here will be above that it shouldn't be allowed, pretty simple. Also comes under power mimicry rule.

B.I.G pretty sure breaks the speed limit, especially if someone picks a character who's at the limit of this tourney, making your stand above the limit and thus breaking the rules, and combine that with ignoring durability? Yeah, that's way to hax for my liking.

@gilgameshthepimptoendallpimps: both Naruto and Sasuke beat Boro's through hax and a more versitile move set but Boro's is more powerful.

@thebeardofzues: In terms of raw brute strength, yeah, but he's worse in every other category (the healing factor's the only reason he's more durable). At least from my pov the surface busting feat(assuming your talking about the clash between him and Saitama's serious punch) was both a combined force between him and Saitama, and not to mention that at least from my pov Saitama was doing most of the heavy lifting when doing that considering he overpowered it immediately.
