History repeats and majin vegeta knowing being stronger allows cell to grow stronger either by zenkai or absorbing gohans energy though bloodlusted gives me more zenkai route..

Vegeta will only want to win by his opponent being equal or stronger but for the sakes of who's stronger for the debate majin vegeta takes it. Majin amp > Cell saga.

My answer though would be cell & gohan just due to how cocky vegeta is.

Depends. If it's the anime, then Vegeta likely wins. If it's the manga, then the team slams.

Super Perfect Cell is irrelevant. The instant Gohan's mind got back into the game, he was able to obliterate Cell with even less than half his power remaining.

Vegeta easily takes out Cell before beating Gohan in a decent fight.

Also, the showing that Pikkon stomped Cell is filler, and thus not canonical material.
