we cant really say since Blackbeard is no longer the blackbeard from the war arc back in pre time skip. after getting Whitebeard fruit he somehow had a growth spurt.

this version of Majestic Attire Susanoo should be weaker than the version Madara used against hashirama and Hashirama still pummeled it into the ground, even if you think its not weaker is at best on par with it. since Kurama only has 50% of his charkra and Sasuke Susanoo is weaker than madara of course you can add Sage mode which might bring it up to par but again thats a assumption, atm top tier OP characters should have no problem fighting against Hashirama.
