Magus (techno-organic) vs Magus (Adam)

Classic techno-organic Magus vs the version of the Adam-Warlock Magus that was in Infinity War, with no Infinity Gauntlet, Cosmic Cubes, or technology/weapons of any sort.

Morals off. (Not that it matters.)

Battle takes place in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter, they start 100' apart.

Win by KO, incapacitation, or death.

And before anyone says it, yes this was already a battle, but it had no specifications whatsoever.

Like Warlock vs Warlock, I actually think this is a pretty decent match-up, despite the amusement of the names.

Techno Magus is hard core, he could tear a star in half. Plus he has life-draining. Adam-Magus is not a wimp either. Although I'm not sure what feats he did entirely with his own power and what he did using tech/gauntlet/cubes. I lean toward techno-Magus.

Looking back on this, one of my older threads, I would probably disagree with myself from 5 years ago. Adam Warlock-Magus has enough random power feats that I think he might take on the technarky-Magus. BUT, there is no fooling around with a guy who can change size and shape to almost any degree, do all kinds of blasts, can absorb life energy, and can convert someone to techo-organic life.

Any thoughts out there?
