Magneto should win. He puts his force-fields up which they can’t get through while keeping them busy with metallic debris sent their way or attempting to kill them with their own weapons, and if none of that works he’ll simply reverse the iron in their blood and incap them that way. All while hiding behind the safety of his shields. Sasuke could maybe teleport him out of the fields, but even if he didn’t have resistance to that (which I’m sure he does since he fights Nightcrawler a lot), even Magneto’s base durability is pretty good.

You think that is gonna stop Sasuke's Rinnegan which resisted a time stop inside the dimension created by Momoshiki?
