Magneto's obviously gonna rip him apart but from a distance I guess cause am not sure Doom's gonna give him a chance in close contact.

I think its because Magneto has the direct long range advantage. He's powers have a light years reach so targeting an adversary across the globe wouldn't be a gesture of effort for Magneto. But problem is, Doom is always prepared for something especially when it comes from high profile enemies like Magneto. Dr. Doom will win because he's just more cunning than Magneto is. If Magic is used in this battle, Dr. Doom's chances become 100% guaranteed and Magneto would be crushed.

Demagnetized Tech doesn't negate Magneto's powers and attacks, it only delays his method until he can adjust to the frequency. As long as there's an atom, Magneto has a way to deal with it. For example a wooden house isn't magnetized, so how does Magneto can control the wood?

Yes.. Already done, Doom wins every time as long as he has the armor (it reversed some hokey pokey, that let doom trash mags with his own powers)... Lol.

Depends on what age of comic we talk about. I mean end game Mags can make freaking black holes so....yeah thats a bit of an easy way to trash Doom. But as said over and over Doom has magic which we all know is the perfect counter to Mutants. And even given the chance that Mags does black hole Doom chances are it will end up being a Doom bot lol. So in a 1 on 1 it would be 98% Dooms favor.

As stated in previuos posts I think I have started a campaign to change other people minds about magic force. Surely I accept that the ONLY ability that Dr Doom has to oppose a treat to Magneto is magic BUT it is not an advantage over Mags but merely something to give a decent fight.

Magneto has fight the sorcerer supreme and has come back well of the encounter, Magneto is father of the scarlet witch few of the strongest characters that Marvel has in magic and can even surpass the magic of Dr Strange. IN FACT Magnetos daughter oppose far more treat to Magneto that Dr Doom because Doom is second in this force in comparison to Dr Strange and even the sorcerer supreme can be overwhelmed by the scarlet witch. Magneto has deal with both.

N'astirh a DEMON of great magic and master manipulator of similar origins as Mephisto dont hesitate to make war to heroes and villains alike to achieve his goals but he approcach to Magneto to establish an alliance.

Also people think because of mistic origins the universal forces can oppose no treat to magic, but the fact is that the Universal Forces are law are infinite exist everywhere and define the existence of reality (Here, In China, Marvel and DC). There are more Dimensions in Marvel Omniverse that are ruled by the Universal Forces that the magic forces. So when magic is summoned the magic forces need to pay the fee to manifestate carry on the mission of the caster. Marvel also defines marvel existence as our world. The One Above All in all aspects try to emulate GOD, they confirm that the One Above All create what exist in Marvel Omniverse. The One Above All create existence and such is represented in logic by the universal fources because thats the way HE want it to be and not to be ruled by Magic, bacause HE is against the Magic BUT tolerate it existance.

So whos gonna win some who is the enbodiment of the Universal Force that is accepted by the One above All (the universal force itrself not that Mags wield it ) or someone who wields the magic force who is not the stongest representative of it and such force it is not in grace of the One Above All.

Really the only way that Dr Doom could win against Magneto is because is tha favorite villain of Stan Lee and whoever want to create a History need to follow that premise. Bacause even in the obvious base of the characters Magneto owns Doom.
