Both are determined to win by any means.

Composite IM? bust out the Thorbuster armor from King Thor storyline. Although I think Mags has a chance.

how many of his suits aren't metal? cuz if Composite IronMan still has a suit of metal he's gunna lose. Unless he moves faster than Magneto can react, and bust him up

Tony doesn't need a composite suit to beat him.

Composite Iron Man? Whats to stop him from using the tech from his suit in Avengers vs X-men making him immune to Magneto's powers?

Tony has negated magnetism before, right? As long as Magneto can't control his suit and crush him into paste, Tont can probably win, given the durability of his armours, their shields, their firepower, etc.

Spite. Stark has resisted Magneto before and has armors that can take blows from Odin even if they were short-lived.
