So, here's the premise. The prison went down after the battle with the governor. The group split up, and Maggie wound up with T-Dog, both of them starving, bitter, and weaponless, aside from a pistol with a single bullet. Maggie restlessly provokes T-Dog to help her look for the rest of the group, but T-Dog refuses, stating that it is safer waiting in place where they are. Eventually, after much argument, T-Dog states that he has no intention of finding the group, and that she and the group can die for all he cares. In a fit of rage, Maggie tries to shoot T-Dog with the pistol, but T-Dog forces her arm back just in time, making her shoot the bullet in the air and waste it. Feeling betrayed, and furious, T-Dog tackles Maggie as she tries to return aggression. Both are bloodlusted and going in for the kill. WHO WILL WIN? FIGHT TO THE DEATH. HAND TO HAND/FOOT TO FOOT.
I'm not sure how anyone thinks that Maggie, an average woman, is going to defeat T-Dog, a muscular man in hand to hand combat after he's already tackled her to the ground.
Maybe someone could justify Michonne somehow winning, but T-Dog most definitely takes this
T-Dog was relatively useless on the show, aside from saving Carol in his self-sacrifice. I think Maggie definitely has better survival skills and firearm performance, and is arguably physically stronger than most of the other females in the show, save for Michonne. However, with that said, T-Dog is still a larger opponent, with more mass to account for. True, he did display a lack of co-ordinance and awareness in the show, but he never really received a chance at redemption in that department either. Honestly, I suppose the battle could go either way. While I feel T-Dog has strength in his favor, I think Maggie would definitely fight more vigorously, comparable to the time she viciously stabbed a Woodbury guard with a piece of sharpened bone, or the time she ripped walkers apart to use their blood as paint. Also considering that it's a fight to the death, I feel that T-Dog, while he may be able to pummel her if he gets the upper hand, would not be able to kill her once she's down. I don't think Maggie would exactly have that same reluctance. With that in mind, I think that Maggie would go in for the kill, and take out her competition.
T-Dog can't fight for sh*t. Maggie can't either but based on how badly he got his a** whupped by Merle, it would hurt my pride as a Black man to back him in pretty much any fight -- fckin' disgraceful.
lol so I guess that means Maggie?
