Orochimaru probably has the stats and sneks enough to win this, but only barely. I dont think that either would be fully immune to the other's poison

Base Oro gets oneshotted by Magellan's venom demon attack. While out of his base Oro could eat the warden in his Giant White Snake form.

Orochimaru has poison resistance, but I don't know if that would be enough here. I could see Magellan being stronger due to hype, but based just off of feats and direct scaling, and if Orochimaru can survive the poison, I would side with Oro.

Inside Impel Down Orochimaru loses.

He's a great ninja but even Jimbe ran from Magellan in there. Either Orochimaru gets killed by the normal poison or the venom demon, worst case scenario they both die from injuries.

maybe but he does not have Acid resistance.

if someone as physically powerful as Luffy and Pirates can be melted by his poison orochimaru is going ot have a 100x worse.
