You cant hurt them or can barely hurt them but they can hurt you. That doesn't mean it correlates to there stats. Its just a rule in bleach that lower SP gets fondled by higher SP.

Chakra isn't Reiatsu though. It's a clear define rule that Higher Reiatsu=Higher Durability=Higher AP (Most cases)
