This battle is actually debatable if its alive madara since they are both mountain level. But any version after him being alive can handle Seiya with low diff!
if this is Anime version of Yuusha then Madara obliterates him with Jutsu/Susanoo, only way for Yuusha to win is via H2h/Taijutsu.Current Yuusha strongest feat is his Small Meteor which by the looks of it is only a Town to Large town level feat.
