I think Madara wins this at least 6/10. He has powerful long range options which could kill angstrom with aoe if he doesn’t get into a portal and is more likely to get the drop on angstrom thanks to his ninja skills, eye powers, and speed.If genjutsu works he could just use that to incapacitate.
