An important thing about Bison is that even though his body can be destroyed, his soul can live on and either retreat, possess the body, or destroy the possessed body.

@zeezee123: The fight is to the death so once his bodies destroyed it's over. Whether or not he possesses Vader doesn't matter because he already lost under these conditions.

What has Bison actually done that puts him on the level of someone as powerful as Vader?

He's done a lot of things.

He has extremely powerful moves, one which can kill a person in one shot, called the Psycho Crusher

He can survive Akuma's Raging Demon

Can transport his soul into other bodies, making his empire a non stop end of evil

Is more powerful than almost all the Star Wars characters.

OK, probably not as powerful as most, but still very dangerous indeed, being able to kill hundreds of people over time, including his parents, Juri's parents, Guile's friend Charlie, and Chun Li's father notably.

What are his best speed feats?

Also Vader has deflected an entire wall of blaster bolts coming at him, so unless Bison's balls have blown up something major he can probably use the force to deflect them. For speed, Vader has dodged fire from AT walkers, moved fast enough to appear to teleport, deflected turret fire, blitzed Jedi, etc.

EU Vader isn't canon anymore so Bison would wreck vanilla movie Vader.

Psycho crusher. Vader evades. Psycho balls, Vader evades. Vader gets close and Bison dies before he gets a chance to teleport. Vader wins via better combat speed

Some Bison facts:

Bison has survived being impaled before

Bison has been drowned by Charlie, yet still survives

Bison has been electrocuted and shot at multiple times.

He can also survive being blasted by Ryu and Ken's combined Shinku Hadouken, twice!
