Luke Cage(Marvel Comics)VS Jax(Mortal Kombat)

Luke Cage from Marvel Comics takes on Jax Briggs from Mortal Kombat for my next of battles. No prep and morals apply, and Jax is in his Deadly Alliance form. The fight, which takes place on the roof of a metal factory, goes on until one has been knocked out. Who will win? The Hero For Hire and Marvel Knight or the Special Forces agent?

Luke Cage has a massive advantage in strength and durability. They're probably evenly matched in skill though

Cage wins easily.

Luke would kill him with a single blow.

Cage out classes Jax in just about every way.

Jax would win in a knock down drag out fight. Luke is stronger, more durable, and a decent fighter, but Jax is strong in his own right and can take a hit, if not just avoid the tank that is cage. overall, jax is better trained, a smarter warrior, and just (imo) a better fighter than cage is.

Close match. While Luke Cage is stronger and faster, Jax is a better fighter and is no stranger to fighting superhumans. In his own game, he fought and defeat Tremor, so superhumans aren't new to him. With Jax getting the MK11 mechanic of him getting stronger and stronger as he hits you more, ontop of his one handed grenade launcher and his fireballs he can shoot, Cage will have his hands full. But by the magnitude of Cages strength and durability advantages, he pulls the win
