Luke Cage has a very low level healing factor. Originally it was said to enable him to heal at just 3 times faster than a normal human. I have not seen any evidence (that I can remeber) that says it has got a lot faster. Therfore KO gas should work fine on him.
Batman KOing Hulk in a crossover is likely not to be cannon.
