One of the Cenobites was put out of commission via completely normal blunt force trauma, and if I recall Hellraiser 2, a fellow demon throwing spears at them or whatever put them all down for the count.

Not sure Pinhead could manage to truly hurt but he could certainly send BFR Cage to another universe.
