This is current Punk Hazard arc Luffy.

Sensui saga Dark tournament Yusuke with the spirit cuffs on

Round 1: In character, sparring type match

Round 2: Bloodlusted/no morals

Location: Dark tournament arena

Sidenote: Raizen may not take over Yuskue

So who wins

Yusuke normally.

Hmmm I really have no clue how Haki would react/defend against Yusuke's spirit gun.

They both have good speed, are in peek shape, and combat experienced.

Gonna go with Luffy, something about Gear 3 infused with Haki seems like it could bring Yusuke down.

Yusuke is stronger and faster. Even with haki luffy is still outmatched here

Yeah mazoku Yusuke would stomp the entire Strawhat crew, he's to much for Luffy to handle on his own

Luffy isn't immune to spirit gun or spirit shotgun. And yusuke even if he not in demon form is still a lot faster than luffy in second gear. And he isn't immune to punches if yusuke channel spirit energy to his punches. Luffy don't stand a chance here.

Luffy has a good chance to beat Yusuke, but I just realized Inever specified the condtions in which the battle can be .

Yusuke still wins his Rei gun is too much as soon as he breaks the cuffs.

Sensui saga Yusuke would stomp Luffy soooo bad.....but Dark Tournament, with cuffs on? Current Luffy takes this. 

Luffy easily beats Yusuke. None of Yusuke's attacks will hurt Luffy with his haki. Luffy will use Conquer Haki to knock out Yusuke. Also they are probably even speed after time skip Luffy can easily move faster than the speed of light.

Yusuke is far from being weak willed fodder to be knocked out by Conquer's Haki so that won't work and Luffy may be on par with Yusuke on speed while he's sealed.(as he's is in this battle)

@ghost_rider1: Spirit gun is not good to work on luffy. he has busoshouk haki which makes him able to touch anything that is untouchable so he can knock that shit out the way.

how is yusuke going to hit a guy that has kenbunshoku haki. luffy can tell what move u going to do if luffy use harden amendment haki it over for that fool. yusuke is no where near the level with luffy second gear + haki.

Yusuke one-shots the verse

Yusuke solos the entire verse in base with his spirit cuffs allowing him to only dish out 20 percent of his power.

I think Luffy takes this. The DF makes him highly resistant against punchs and similar physical atacks. That leaves Ysuke onlye with Raigun and Luffy can dodge them. I also seem to remember that Yusuke can only use 3 or 4 maximum.
