Galan's first form could solo the strawhats, only the god tiers like Kaido, Whitebeard, and Shanks could beat him and half of them are featless. Admirals might also stand a chance, I could see Kizaru and Fujitora duoing him

Dude don't do this... this is no different than asking ..oh MUI goku is at least multi star buster ? show me a scan of him destroying a star or even a planet OR Eos naruto is multi country/large continent buster ? Show me a scan of him destroying one ... Some even go saying he's moon lvl because he tanked a moon lvl attack . .by that logic pre-timeskip Luffy is island lvl because he tanked moriah's island lvl punch .. you have to take account of the context and scaling of their feats.. .Luffy using King Kong gun is at least small island lvl in DC .. doffys birdcage can withstand a meteorites full force easily and can also withstand a giant who can send 10ktons flying in the air ..Along with other strong characters like Zoro and Fuji and it didn't budge but kkg destroyed doffys strongest awakened strings amped with haki and broke through his defense also . .and don't forget the fact that kkg never hit the ground . .if it had hit the ground without doffy blocking or obstructing it and reducing it's power KKG would have destroyed at the very least half of dressrosa if it hit the ground . .the anime even went as far as showing kkg colliding sending shockwaves across and outside dressrosa . .and scaling goes like this.. Luffy elephant gattaling= at most small multi mountain buster, pica and Zoro =multi mountain , doffy =at least multi mountain , Luffy g4 kkg=small island
Luffy wins low diff. He should be atlesst moon level when scaling off of enel and casually small continent in base. Luffy has a massive speed advantage being mftl in gears so he should be able to easily solos the NNT verse. This needs to be locked for spite/mismatch in favor or Luffy.
