OPM wankers love scaling....pixel scaling, power scaling, "rough estimate I like this character more so they win/take a majority" scaling, etc..
Really anything besides on panel legit quantifiable feats.
I mean if you are going to do it at least make sure it makes sense. Example Itachi reacted to kirin while sick and dying, but he doesn't have the highest grade of chakra available six paths chakra or isn't a transmigrant or have senju dna or any of the other stuff toptiers have...therefore we could conclude everyone who does should be faster. Though this is actually not even necessary to do since the toptiers in the series I am referring to actually have real tangible feats like bending space with raw movement speed, dodging light fang point blank range, reacting to moon saber capable of crossing the moon diameter in a second casually, cross countries casually in seconds, etc... lol.
@mee09: I am up to date on both the OPM Manga and Webcomic. Tatsumaki has almost no speed feats, except by scaling. She does not have great durability, her greatest durability feat was being smashed downwards into some rocks and then smashed sideways into rocks and getting fodderised. She hurt herself trying to harm Saitama even. She gets blitzed and one shot. Also, using a character whose powerset is different from another's powerset does not help your argument. Despite the fact that Hulk is not as fast as Quicksilver, he is still stronger. But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, since Hulk's field is strength and Quicksilver's field is speed, much like Tatsumaki's field is TK, and LS Flash's field is speed.

Hulk is literally faster than Quicksilver.
Just like how Ginyu is faster than Burter. And many other examples like so. Just because you "specialize in speed" doesn't make you the fastest in the verse.

Can you provide an actual/exact average to max speed of a gear 2 luffy? thnk
I initially thought that this was a pre time skip gear 2 Luffy... if this is a current Luffy (but limited to gear 2) he can still use those hax haki feat like pre cog and that one that can incapacitate people at range.
I dont know if those haki hax works against a very powerful psychic like tatsumaki though.
@princearagorn1: who did Golden Sperm fight then? I argued against him with Alucard way back and scans look like it was OPM, though admittedly the Web comic art is horrendous.
He somewhat blitzed tatsumaki, who managed to raise a barrier and survived, resisted her trying to break his neck, and died to garou. That's the grand total of his feats.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Tatsumaki is waaaay out of Luffy's league. But maybe that's just me. Next you guys are gonna be saying that Zoro will blitz Boros. The One Piece wank is getting outrageous once again.
