Lucius would be a god tier in Bleach, he solos those fodders with ease the only one being debatable is Aizen solely cause of KS.

Anyways so far wit his time magic he’s been able to create a bubble of stopped time over a castle, as well as his previous feats from Julius. He can see yrs possibly a decades into the future. In chp 333 he states that he’s seen the future where true peace is achieved. He got Astaroth before Asta and Yuno were born and they’re 18 now, and the outcome he saw still hasn’t happened yet. Still not as good as Yhwach’s but it’s way better then other future sights from other series (OP)

His soul magic gives him the ability to transform anyone into whatever he wants. Rn he’s turning ppl into “Paladins”

All you need to know is that he’s extremely fast like FTL+ in the high end possibly MFTL with absurd amounts of hax via Time magic (can see the future, rewind, accelerate, and stop time). With soul magic he can change his enemies minds, bodies, soul. He also has spatial magic where he can bfr, erase, and trap them within.

That aside, what wouldn't work? Lucius’ posseses a plethora of time base skills and with it he has the ability to steal, bind, stop,loop,accelerate, rewind and even destroy/erase time on a localized range🌚. A single attack carries lethal force!🕺
