It irritates me how people continue to just say: "LM, Lucifer, or Lucifer easily." And completely ignore the fact that he doesn't have the feats to put him above AM.
Sure, he SHOULD win, but there's no evidence that he could.
Most high-end cosmic level characters have relatively few or low-ended showings because they are chiefly used as plot devices, and thus are not exposed or developed to the extent as most characters. For example, TOAA and the Presence have the three Os (omnipotent, omniscient, onmipresent), but very few showings to prove it.
Lucifer would win, with a bit of effort. COIE Anti-Monitor is no slouch. That being said he probably wouldn't have to use his raw power, Monty was pretty one-dimensional in his thinking, I think Lucy could put his cunning to good use here.
