Lucifer Morningstar & Michael vs Thanos (HOTU) & Darkseid (ALE)

Thanos and Darkseid finally cross paths as they decide to takeover the DC multiverse together along with the Marvel universe in which both have once again achieved great power and they run into Lucifer Morningstar along with his brother Michael who plan on putting an end to their scheme under the order of The Presence.

Darkseid has the Anti-Life Equation

Its a stretch to presume that Lucifer can usurp the HoTI from Thanos . Lucifer has only ever manipulated the Dunamis Demiurgos during times when Michael was dying and was too weak to contain the power himself . And in combat Lucifer failed to manipulate Michael's energies aimed as offensive blasts at him , although he was being mind-controlled by Fenris in that instance .

Soulfire Darkseid would be much more fair. Because it isn't, DS gets taken out fairly quickly.

I know what Thanos + HOTU did (take over entire omniverse from Living Tribunal on down). This would put him as the #2 being in Marvel at the time, assuming TAOA is first.

So for me to consider Lucifer/Michael over Thanos, they'd have to be above the Presence (who has acknowledged forces above it).

Why is any version of darkseid even in this?

Cause people like to think that Darkseid is similar to Thanos in power levels, but in reality on base versions of Thanos and Darkseid are close in power, other versions of Thanos stomp any version of Darkseid.
